Onion Bhaji – Masala Art

Onion Bhaji – as expected, friend onion with hints of spice of that Masla Art is so famed for. I was prone to dipping these little guys into the sauce that accompanied the poppadoms (that I still had left over)

Vegetarian Platter small – Great if you are partial to vegetarian food, all of these had a lovely robust taste with a zing if spiciness. The vegatable mixed platter contained tandoori aloo, Palak bhutta Seekh, Dahi ke kebab, Lal mirch ka paneer tikka. Don’t forget the squeeze of lime if you’re partial…

Chana Pindi – Masala Art

Chana Pindi – Tangy Chickpeas cooked in Punjabi style., this is certainly one of my favourites, whilst it might seem simple, its often bursting with flavor if cooked right, which it was! Soft Chick peas enveloped in a lovely and creamy sauce, ripe with pungent spices.

Butter Chicken Sweet and creamy butter chicken, a favourite of many, and not a disappointment. Should work well on the Thai palette as well with all that creamy sweet goodness. There are many versions of how this dish was created and most historians agree that the iconic Butter Chicken was invented in the kitchens of Moti Mahal

Chicken Tikka Masala – Masala Art

Chicken Tikka Masala One of the dishes that the British have almost made their own is the adored Chicken Tikka Masala. It’s BBQ Chicken cooked in thick tomato onion masala, and Masala Art have done a fine job of keeping the reputation of this dish intact.

Cheese & Garlic Naan – Refined flour bread stuffed with Cheddar cheese and garlic. stretchy doughy goodness.
